Re: Flood Control Works - Coquitlam
Dyking District

We have been advised that the plans, specifications
and contract documents for the above mentioned project have
‘been completed and shat the project is now ready to qo to
tender. We have one set of the vlans, specifications and
contract documents as well as the Criopen Report on Final
Desian ~ Second Stage which are available for pnerusal. I
am attaching for information copies of the following:

1.. Pages 1 - 3 and 2 - 6 from thea Crippen Report
on Final Design - Second Stage outlining the possible City
involvenent financially in the project. ;

- Deputy Minister of Fnvironment to Mayor Campbell.

3. Letter dated Septenber 13th, 1976 from. the
Deputy “Minister of Environment to Mayor J.L. Tonn.

"5. Letter dated September 14th, 1976 from Mr. Bonham
to the undersignad. a .

The Public Works Committee will be reviewind this
correspondence at a meeting this week and hopefully a recom-
mendation will ke forthcoming for the Council “Meeting Monday,
October 4th, 1976. ,
