THE CORPORATION OF THE CLTY OF PORT COOUTTLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1453

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,
1969, No. 918".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

i. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,

No. 918" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-1 (One-Family

Residential) assigned to Lot 44, Block 7 & 8, District Lot 464, Group 1,

Plan 24056, New Westminster District and assigning the Zone Designation of

P-2 (Special Institutional) to the said property.

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1976, No. 1453".
