Borch, City Engineer item I Rez Phoenix Door ~ Laurier Avenue The Sub-committee recommends that because the Phoenix Door operation is in conflict with the agricultural and residential uses predominating in the entire area and because the Phoenix Doer operation is in conflict with the recently stated policy objective of the City relating to waterfront uses, the Industrial Committee of the City be requested to give every reasonable assistance to the Owner of Phoenix Door to relocate this operation to a suitable industrial area.
