This particular application would require a plan of subdivision as one ext straddling property lines exists. District of Coquitlam = $35.00 flat fee non-refundable. Surrey ~ $50.00 for up to 50,000 sq. ft. of land area plus $1.00 . for each additional 1,000 sq. ft. for RS-1 uses and $75.00 for up to 50,000 sq. ft. cf land area plus $1.00 for each additional 1,000 sq. ft.
