This property is the last lot which Council would consider applications for zoning
in this area. The requirenent of $600.00 to upgrade the water, lot consolidation
and connection fees for water and saitary sewer are necessary. This will complete
all the properties which were vacant for construction in this area.

Committee Corments:

was the last property which would be considered for rezoning in this area. This
particular application would require a plan of subdivision as one ext

straddling property lines exists. Again the requirement of $600.00 to upgrade the
water and all appropriate connection fees are necessary prior to final approval.

Comments:

We have been asked to review our Rezoning Fee structure. I have checked the
following communities and I find the fees as listed;

~ Richmond ~ no fee is charged.

Vancouver - $75.00 for up to 50,000 sq. ft. of land area plus
$4.00 for each additional i,000 sq. ft.

~ New Westminster = $50.00 for up to 50,000 sq. ft. of land area
plus $1.00 for each additional 1,000 sq. ft.

District of Coquitlam = $35.00 flat fee non-refundable.

Surrey ~ $50.00 for up to 50,000 sq. ft. of land area plus $1.00
. for each additional 1,000 sq. ft. for RS-1 uses and $75.00

for up to 50,000 sq. ft. cf land area plus $1.00 for each
additional 1,000 sq. ft.

Delta ~ $50.00 for up to 50,000 sq. ft. of land area plus $1.00
for each additional 1,000 sq. ft,
