Traboulay, and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, W.W. Stewart, and M.A. Thompson were in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator TM. Chong, City Clerk S. Rauh, City Engineer LR. Zahynacz, Director of Community Planning C.F. Felip, Deputy Director of Parks & Recreation L.J. Wheeler, and Director of Building Permits and Inspections J.D. Shardlow. His Worship, Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Michael Farnworth, MLA, who presented the City with a Recycling Grant of $66,364.66 to enable the completion of a Recyclable Materials Transfer Station. Bylaws No. 2928 and 2929 weere withdrawn from the Council Meeting Agenda. That the minutes of the Public Hearing and Regular Council Meeting of August 22, 1994 be taken as read and adopted. | His Worship Mayor LM.
