That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development # 97/93 under Section 976 of the Municipal Act subject to: a) Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director Planning 3 b) Satisfaction of engineering requirements}; c) Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department; d) Satisfaction of the Building Department concerns; e) The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges; and 2. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions noted above. BACKGROUND: This application is for the development of a 12-unit apartment building at 2212 Atkins Avenue. The site is currently zoned RM-4 (Apartment) and is designated for "Apartment" use in the Official Community Plan.
