RECOMMENDATION :

1. That this application be approved to proceed for amendment of its Official
Community Plan Designation from "Apartment" to "Commercial'' subject to:

a. Submission of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning;

b. Satisfaction of Engineering requirements.
Satisfaction of Fire Department concerns.

Submiscion of Landscaping Plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and
Recreation Department.

Satisfaction of Building Department concerns.
The subject properties being rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot
Residential) to C-2 (Neighbourhood Commercial), in conjunction with

this OCP Amendment.

Issuance of a Development Permit.
