DISCUSSION:

The proposed subdivision generally conforms with the provision of the M-2
(Heavy Industrial) zone and the general guidelines outlined in the Official
Community Plan for Development Permit Area I,

A "No Build" covenant will be registered on the lots, to be removed once

Council has approved a specific building project. Subject to this condition,
it is recommended that this application be approved. fi
