For all users not herein provided for, the minimum monthly

PISCOUNT
The rates and charges provided herein shall be payable at the office of the City Treasurer and a ten

rcent (10%) discount shall be applied to that portion of the total current year’s annual sewer rate
which has been paid before the close of business on the last Friday of March in each year.

Where a senior citizen waiver is specified in this schedule it shall be available to a person who is:

(a) Sixty-five years of age or over aft any time during the calendar year in which the charge is
assessed.

(b) The owner of the property for which the charge is assessed.

(c) Who resides on the property and considers it to be his principle residence.

(d) Who has not applied for a senior citizen waiver of sewer rates on any other property in the
City of Port Coquitlam during the calendar year in which the charge is assessed.
