THAT the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit
19/92; and

THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when
completed subject to:

1. Approval of Rezoning application 51/92.

BACKGROUND:

This application for Development Permit is to permit an 8 unit townhouse
project. The Development Permit complements a Rezoning Application and an
Official Community Plan Amendment application, approved subject to completion
of a Development Permit.

Engineering:

All services existing, connection when building permit is issued, infill
of driveway letdown required.
