An Officer may at any time issue a permit for the outdoor burning, in daylight hours only, of on site generated agricultural materials located inside the boundaries of the Agricultural Land Reserve, provided that no such permit shall, for any property, be issued for a period of time longer than six months. Every person to whom a burning permit has been issued or who burns outdoors under the provisions of Articles 3.1.2 and 3.1.5 of this Bylaw shall place a competent person in charge of such fire at all times and shall provide that person with sufficient equipment to prevent the fire from getting beyond control or causing damage or becoming dangerous.
