City Engineer SUBJECT: INSTALLATION OF NEW STOP SIGNS — CHELSEA SUBDIVIN (Public Works Committe Meeting of January 29, 1951) Recommendation: That Council approve the placement of new stop signs at the following locations in the Chelsea Subdivision area: Southeast corner of Chelsea Avenue and Toronto Street. Southeast corner of Windsor Avenue and Toronto Street. Southwest corner of Windsor Avenue and Lincoln Drive. Northeast corner of Windsor Avenue and Lincoln Drive. Southeast corner of Lincoln Drive and Chelsea Avenue. Southwest corner of Halifax Avenue and Lincoln Drive. Northeast corner of Halifax Avenue and Lincoln Drive. Background & Cooments: The Committee considered the attached report from the Deputy City Engineer regarding the placement of seven new stop signs and agreed that the new stop Signs were required at the locations recommended.
