V3C 2A8 ATTENTION: RON CRAIGIE Dear Mr. Craigie, I would like to request that a "No Parking" Zone be set up outside the entrance to 2340 McAllister. The building is occupied completely by seniors and we have one person confined to at wheelchair. There is often vehicles parked directly outside the entrance to the building making it difficult for tenants, particulary the individual in a wheelchair, to exit and enter vehicles from the building. I would greatly appreciate, as would the tenants, if something could be done in this regard. Another problem that has occurred recently is that large dump trucks have been parking in front of the building. The gas fumes, the noise and the parking congestion is making it very unpleasant for our tenants. If there any that can be done in this regard it would be appreciated. I realize it is a public street but these are not vehicles that would normally be found parked on McAllister Avenue. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for my previous request to have the parking time along our section of McAllister extended to 2 hours. This has been of great assistance to the tenants, Sincerely, “Beale ar]. Mare oS Barbara Meredith Administrator R.-Hope Manor
