Because of the shape of the lot, it is not possible to determine precisely what is the front and flanking front (side) yard. For this reason the builder, Moscone Homes, have been requested to submit a development variance permit application. The house has been approved by the firm providing architectural control over the subdivision. The house is to be a show home. Approval of the development variance permit is recommended to provide legal certainty about yard setbacks for this house. Director of Planning.
