A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 wf the Municipal Act was held
prior to the Council meeting of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam
held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall. 2580 Shaughnessy
Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, December 18th, 1989 at 7:30 pm.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D. Gates,
J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Weight in attendance,

Also in attendance were City Clerk/Deputy Administrator R.A. Freeman, City
Engineer T.M. Chong, and Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown.

would now be considered:

The Comprehensive Development Plan entitled “Liberty Homes" and comprising
thirteen sheets Showing site plan, elevations, and floor plans of a 40
unit townhouse development prepared by "James Fensom Architecture” and

dated at Revision No. 8 on November 14th, 1989 is attached to and forms
part of this Bylaw,
