RECOMMENDATION:

That the City Council authoriza adjustments to the 1986 tax levies for the
properties as reported hereunder.

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS: .

Further Supplementary Assessment Rells No.-4 and 5 have been received from the

B.C. Assessment Authority subsequent to issuing the 1986 tax notices. The
revisions are necessary to correct errors or omissions in the 1986 Roll and
result in a net decrease of $162.00 and $29,845.54 respectively. Applicable
refunds and revised tax notices will be forwarded to the property owners when
the adjustments are authorized.
