In the "Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds",

WHEREAS pursuant to Section 719(7) of the "Municipal Act", belng Chapter 290,
R»S«B.C., 1979, the Counc!l! esrabl | shed Devalopmant Cost Charge Reserve Funds;

AND WHEREAS It Is deemed desirable to expend a portlon-of the monies set aside In
the Developmant Cos+ Charge Reserve Funds s

acquire property In the municipal tty for pleasure, recreation or community uses
