A regular meeting of the Municipal Council! of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitiam was held in the Counc | Chamber, Port
Coquittam City Hall on Monday, November 5th, 1984 at 7:30 pom.

His Worship Mayor L.M, Traboulay, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J.
Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and MLR, Wright in attendance,

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R, Kirk, City Clerk
R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng. and City Treasurer J,
Maitland.

ZONING PUBLIC HEAR: NG:

His Worship Mayor L.M, Traboulay advised the following proposed
Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.
1651" would now be considered:

BL/01/84/11/05/01
Bylaw No. 2065:
To rezone Parcel! "Au (Reference Plan 308), Block 22, District Lot

464, Group One, Plan 1317, Except the North 33 feet, New Westminster
District, trom RM-2 to RM-4,

This property Is located at 2048 Manning Avenue and following
completion of the rezoning procedures it is expected that an eight
sulte apartment building will be constructed on the westerly one-third
of the property in addition to the apartment bui Iding presently on the
site.

No one was present to speak at the Public Hearing.

That the minutes of the Regular Counci! Meeting held on October
29th, 1984 be taken as read and adopted,

His Worship Mayor iL.M. Traboulay introduced Dr. A.S. Arneil,

Director of the Simon Fraser Union Board of Health who then made a
presentation to Counci! regarding his recent appointment.

Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Alderman Wright:

That the appointment of Dr. A.S. Arnel! as Director of the Simon
Fraser Union Board of Health be ratified and confirmed and that pr.
Arneil be appointed Medical Health Officer for the City of Port

Coquitlam.
