SUBJECT: Straet Naming for Cressy Subdivision No. 26/80

RECOMMENDATION: That City Council adopt the names Sherlock Street,
Mansfield Avenue and Whitney Street for the unnamed

reads north of Lynwood.

OBSERVATIONS:

A number of streets in the vicinity of this subdivision have British names.
Following that orientation the names listed above are being recommended for
application to this subdivision.

Like the previous report about Cressy Development Subdivision application

No. 22/80, two streets and one avenu2 name are being applied. The reason for
not using a single Crescent name is to facilitate house numbering and to
assist emergency vehicles locating the street location.
