By-law. 2, The said Land Use Contract No. 18 shall extend to and shall regulate the development and use of the lands described as: i. Lot 39, Block Q, District Lot 466, Group One, Plan 19410, New Westminster District. Lot 36, Block 8, District Lot 466, Group One, Plan 2294, New Westminster District. That portion of lane lying south and west of the aforesaid Lot 39, north of the aforesaid Lot 36, and east of Oxford Street; said lane being 20 feet wide and 33 feet long and 660 feet in area. 3. Land Use Contract No. 18 shall have the force and effect of a restrictive covenant running with the land described in Section 2 hereof and shall be registered in the New Westminster Land Registry Office by the City but the provisions of this section shall not be construed so as to require or permit the registration of this Land Use Contract as a charge on any portion of the lane described in Subsection (411.) of Section 2 hereof while such portion of lane remains dedicated. 4.
