The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B. C.,.0n
Monday, March 3rd, 1975, at 7:30 p.m., to consider the fc Llowing proposed
by-laws to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No.
918";
1. By-law No, 1358: to rezone the West of Lot K (Except the North
165 feet), Block 4, District Lot 479, Group 1,
Plan 6825, New Westminster District from RM-1l
(Low-Density Apartment Residential) to P=l
(Civic Institutional). . .
This property is located on the Rast side of the
3300 block Sefton Street (just North of Salisbury
Avenue) and it is expected that a Postal Letter
Carriers' Depot will be erected on the site by
the Government of Canada follcwing completion of

the rezoning procedures.

2. By-law No. 1359: to rezone the East 's of Lot K (except the North
165 feet), Block 4, District Lot 479, Group 1,
Plan 6825, New Westminster District from RY-1
(One-Family Residential) to C-2 (Neighbourliwod
Commercial).
This property is located on the West side of the
3300 block Coast Meridian Road (just North of
Salisbury Avenue) and it is expected that a
Shopping Plaza with approximately 10,800 square
feet of retail. floor space will be constructed

following completion of the rezoning procedures.

Copies of the proposed By~laws may be inspected in the Office of
the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above,
.between the hours of 9:00 a.m, to 5:00 p.m. ~ on working days - from
February 20th to March 3rd, 1975.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-laws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the
Public Hearing on matters contained in the by-laws.
