A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. Mia
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No. 2930". ne

2. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more,
particularly described as:

Parcel "G" (S75682E)

Lot 57 Except: Part shown on Plan 9168
Sections 7 and 8

Block 6

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to CS-1 (Highway Commercial) and the Zoning
Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended te reflect
this rezoning.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of Septernber, 1994,
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of September, 1994.

Public Hearing held this 3rd day of October, 1994.
