Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning;

Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements,

Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department,
Satisfaction of Building Department concerns,

The project being subject to 1993 rates for Development Costs Charges;

Consolidation of the properties into one lot; and

Issuance of a Development Permit.

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit #47/93; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to
the conditions oted above.

That the report from the Director of Planning, June 10th, 1993 rega’ ding Draft Extended
Service Establishment Bylaw for Regional Strategic Planning regarding t’ < GVRD Board being
informed that the City of Port Coquitlam supports the Draft Bylaw 75C. a Bylaw to establish a
Regional Strategic Planning Extended Service for the Greater Vancouver Regional District, as
submitted for comments to the City on May 27th, 1993, be deferred until the meeting of June
28th, 1993.

From the City Engineer, June 10th, 1992 cegarding Kingsway Vatermain Replacement
Project.

That Council avthoriz« the installation of a 10" watermain to replace an existing 6"
watermain on Kingsway between the Coquitlam River Bridge and Bedford Street at an estimated
cost of $291,000.00.

That $291,000.00 be allocated from the 1993 Water Utility Capital Fund for this purpose.
