‘Whereas the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal purposes nor are
they reserved or dedicated;

Now therefore be it resolved that:

Lot "A", Block 25, District Lots 170 and 289, Group One, Plan xxxx, New Westminster
District, Port Coquitlam, BC be sold by tender if bids acceptable to Council are received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the "Real Property
for Sale By Tender” notice appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out thezein;

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the bids if Council in its

absolute discretion determines that rejection is appropriate.
