Re: Bylaw considered at Public Hearing Eariier This Evening:

The following Bylaw, considered at a Zoning Public Hearing held
earlier this evening, is available for third reading:

Zoning Amendment Bylaw Ne. 2636

Council policy requires the Clerk to bring the avallability of this
bylaw for third reading to the attention of the Council at tunis time. The
Council may now decide whether it wishes to give third reading immediately or
delay it until the next meeting so that any Yrepresentaticns made at the
hearing can be fully considered.

In order to preserve the judicial nature of the procedure it is not
possible for further representations from tha public to be received uow that
the Puhite Hecring has been adjourned.
