NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the Corporation of ibe City of Port
Coquitlam resolves as follows:

1. the City retains Penny and Keenleyside Appraisals Ltd., being a person
designated A.A.C.I. by the Appraisal Iastitute of Canada and a person
designated as a certified appraiser (ReI.B.C.) by the Real Estate
Institute of British Columbia, to provide to the City the professional
service of preparing an appraisal report in respect of the Lands;
the appraisal report shall include a description of the Lands; date of the
valuation, factual data necessary for the value estimate and the reasoning
on which the estimate is based; the zoning, the highest and best use of
the Lands in any provisions of che official Community Plan that are
relevant to a determination of the highest and best use; and the final
estimate of the value of the land;

the Mayor and Clerk are authorized on behalf of the City to execute and
affix the Corporate Seal to a written agreement evidencing the retaining
of Penny and Keenleyside to provide the said professional services.
