BYLAW NO. 2477

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, Nc. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporaticn of the City of Port Coquitlam,
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parssi of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described as:

Lot 10

District Lots 231 and 232
Group One,
Plan 11615

New Westminster District;

ig hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to M-l1 (General Industrial) and

the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” is
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2477”.
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 18th day of December, 1989.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 18th day of December, 1989.

Public Hearing held this 8th day of January, 1990.
