And that Council consider a resolution at a subsequent meeting to relax the requirements of the Sign Bylaw No. 2095 Schedule D to permit additional signage on Lot 196 of D.~L. 380, Grp i, NWLD Ptan 58699, COMMENTS: This application is to double the wall signage permitted for part of the property that does not face the parking lot. There is an enclosed courtyard area in the centre of the mall, beside London Drugs. Store fronts facing onto the court yard do not. have good commercial exposure to the parking !ot or walkways.e: Due to the locational problems of the court yard, a tenant is requesting permission for extra signage. Concern about this application is its potential for setting a precedent for subsequent requests. The property owner has been informed of this concern and have written to advise that this is a special case.
