That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a

bylaw amendin the Zoning Bylaw Now 2246 revising the
regulations for duplex buildings.

Amencments to be made include: | :
Dweiling Unit definition - deleting

"family!

Lot definition ~ adding "and excluding other parcels created by
Strata Title Subdivision under the Condominium Act.

A new Section 503 (3) Accessory Buildings

Accessory Buildings are permitted in al| Zoning Districts

Subject to height, setback and other regulations of the
individual zones.

A new Section 509 General Regulations which reads:
Where a building and surrounding land is subdivided under

the Condominium Act, the regulations of this bylaw shal]

be applied as if the Strata Subdivision had not taken

place.

Amendment of Section 804, the RT=-1 Zone oe
