BYLAW NO. 2526

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1, That certain parce! of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Lot 2
Block 6 .
Section 19, North Range 1 East

is hereby rezoned from M-1 (General

and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"
amended to reflect this rezoning.

The Comprehensive Development Plan entitled "Truck Stop Complex, 1485 Coast
Meridian ~ Meridian Industrial Park, Port Coquitlam, B.C." and comprising a site
plan and elevations dated May 14th, with revisions to November !8th, 1987
prepared by Fernandez Design Incorporated, Architects, under their Project Number
608 is attached to and forms part of this bylaw.

3, This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2326",

Read a tirst time by the Municipal Council this 30th day of November, 1987.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 30th day of November, 1987.

Public Hearing held this 21st day of December, 1987.
