The easterly 0.7685 ha (1.899 acres) of Lot 6, District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 68514, New Westminster District, be sold to Sunset Holdings Ltd., 304 - 6th Street, New Westminster, B.C. V3L 3A6 If terms satisfactory to Council can be agreed upon and no preferable alternative proposal is received from any other person; 2. The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the "Notice of Intention to Sel! Real Property" Notice appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council] meeting; 3. The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved; 4. The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein. 5. CP/12/86/02/17/29 Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Farnworth: WHEREAS the ‘Official Community Plan Bytaw, 1986, No. 2162' received first reading on February 3rd, 1986; AND WHEREAS the Counci! has, since that date, considered the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the City's most recent Capital Expenditure Program; AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquittam Industrial Development Strategy"; AND WHEREAS no applicable Waste Management Plan axists for consideration; Now Therefore Be It Resolved: THAT no Inconsistency can be seen to exist between the Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2162 and the City's most recent Capital Expenditure Program;
