undertake to keep damage to City Works ang services to a minimum

and any damage or pavement removal shall be repatred to the

satisfaction of the City Engineer;

comply with the provisions of the Highway Act R.S.B.C. 1979, ce

167, other applicable statutes, and applicable bylaws and

regulations of the City ‘throughout the construction of the Works ;
not depasit any material or debris upon any Clty: roads
throughout The construction of the Works and the City | may
forthwith remove any material or debris deposited upon any road
during the construction of the: Works at the “expense of the

Developer , the costs of suc ch removal To be determined by the city
Engineer and in the event that any claim by the City for the

“removal of such material or debris shall remain unpaid after

thlety (30) days of receipt of same by the Developer, the City

may deduct the amount of {ts claim from the deposit referred to’
in Section 7 hereot ;

provide a letter of undertaking: from a Professiona| Engineer,
satisfactory to The: Developer and the City, stating:
