Your support for the proposed Yellowhead Annual Meeting and
the Annual Meeting of the BC Chamber of Commerce (to be held
in Cranbrook, May 26 to 29) is of paramount importance.

May we therefore urge you to endorse the oroposal to put the

- Coquihalla Route into operation as soon as practicable.
Written support for the project ought to go promptly to the
Yellowhead Highway Association, 614 McLeod Building,
Edmonton, Alberta T5J OP1l and to the Honourable A. Fraser,
Minister of Transportation and Highways, Parliament Buildings,
Victoria, BC and to your own MLA, asking that the construction
of the Coquihalla rcute be completed at the earliest: possible
date. May I also ask that you send us a copy of your. letters
so that we may refer to them at the Yellowhead Convention,
