We have authority to approve 18 days of Beer Gardens within a year in the City and to date we have approved 11. Janna informs me that there are two groups that have expressed intent to apply for Beer Gardens for next year. I¢£ this present application is approved, therefore, the priorities for next years applications will be altered as I understand from their letter that the Soccer people wish to make this an annual event.
