Subject to the provisions of this Land Use Contract and to the "Strata Titles Act" of the Province of British Columbia, the development, use ard subdivision of the land and the buildings thereon as a strata subdivision pursuant to the provisions of the said "Strata Titles Act" may be pemaitted. Except as otherwise provided in this Land Use Contract the above noted use shall be permitted to the limit and extent provided in Part V of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" as in force on the date of registration of this Agreement in the New Vestminster Land Registry Office as 1£ the said use was occurring on property zoned RS-1 (One Family Lesidential) under the said Zoning By-law. Transfer_of Title to Lot 99: The Peveloper covenants and agrees to convey proposed Lot 99 to the Municipality, to be held and used by the Muncipality as cunicipal lands under the "Municipal Act", subject to the right of the Council of this Municipality to deal therewith as provided by the said Act. I: is further understood and agreed that the Municipality will execute and have registered in the New Westminster Land Registry Office the necessary docucent relieving the said Lot 99 from the burden of this Land Use Contract.
