The City Administrator then advised that, following its submission at a
Public Hearing held-on May 16th, 1977, By~lLaw No. 1534, proposed to
amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1969, No. 918", was now
available for further consideration.

WHEREAS by By-law No. 1543 of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam cited as the "Cedar Drive Park Road Closure By-law, 1977, No.
1543", a certain portion of roads and lanes dedicated by Plan 2281
therein described located in the City of Port Coquitlam in the Province
of British Columbia was stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council of the Province of British Columbia
praying on behalf of the City for abandonment of the said portion-of roads
and lanes dedicated by Plan 2281 described in By-law No. 1543 and the
vesting of the title to the land comprising the same in The Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitlam. Carried.

Statements of Accounts payable in the total amounts of $76,734.76 and
$182,079.94, respectively.
