That the terms and conditions as outlined in the August 3rd, 1976
letter from Northwest Movie Ce tres Ltd. with respect to parking requirements
for the re~opening of the movie house at 2614 Shaughnessy Street, be

confirmed.

The City Clerk advised that a request for new street name had been name

received and the suggestion of "Graham Street" was proposed in the July
27th, 1976 report of the Senior Building Inspector. Alderman Mabbett

noted that Mr. George Graham, who had recently passed away, had been a

long time Port Coquitlam resident and one very active in community

affairs.

That the new subdivision street located South of Patricia Avenue
and East of Carlisle Street be named "Graham Street" after a recently
deceased long time Port Coquitlam resident, and that a letter be written
to Mrs. George Graham advising of this decision.

Alderman Mabbett noted that the reconstruction of the intersection Ald.Mabbett re
McLean-Pitt River

of McLean and Pitt River Ruad was proceeding well and that the City Rd. intersection
Engineer had requested authority to install three temporary STOP signs,

if necessary, until the installation of traffic signals is completed.

That the City Engineer be authorized to install three temporary
STOP signs, as required, at the intersection o2 McLean and Pitt River
Road until such time as traffic signals are operational.
