Application to subdivide an existing duplex at 1366/1368

The subject side by side duplex was built in January 1976
and is jointly owned by 2 brothers-in-law, each residing
in half of the duplex.

The duplex conforms to every aspect of the bylaw. Each half
is about 1200 sq. ft. in size. .

‘Strata approval will enable each owner to seek his r
mortgage and be qualified for home-owner grants separately.

The application was dealt with by the Planning and Zoning
Committee with the absence of Alderman Traboulay, and.
the Committees recommends approval of the ‘application.
