Alderman Thompson advised that the present garbage disposal operation will be
over-budget this year.

Alderman Thompson referred to Item 6 of the report concerning school
crossing signs, and stated he would appreciate receiving any input as to the
specific type of sign to be installed, and Alderman Mabbett stated his pre-
ference for the standard type used in the City of New Westminster.

skating-Sat.Sept.

14/74 advised that there would be free public skating on Saturday, September 14th,
1974 from 2:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m., and from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. to start

off the skating season.
