Dear Sirs:-

It is with regret that we must again bring up the subject
of the closing of Langan Ave.

While this motion was passed in December of 1973 after six
months of investigation the street is still not closed.

We are very concerned that this matter has not been attended
to and with the return of the better weather we feel that action.
must be taken immediately. Small children are again playing oute
side and the the traffic problem is still there.

We trust that you will understand our concern and will see
that this work proceeds as without futher delay,
