RE: By-law No. 1303 ~- Traffic Amendment By-law

The Council will recall that due to the changes in the parking arrangements on
Cedar Drive certain amendments were necessary to the above noted By-law and

a copy of the revised version is attached hereto. If the Council wish to place
the new provisions into effect we would suggest that the following resolution be
passed:

"That third reading of the "Traffic Regulation By-law, 1971, No. 1117, Amend-
ment By-law, 1974, No. 1303"" as given on February 25, 1974 be rescinded;

THAT Section 1 of the said By-law No. 1303 be struck out and the following
substituted therefor:

"1. Section 9 of Schedule "A" of the "Traffic Regulation By-law, 1971, No.
1117" is amended by inserting the following therein as clauses i.* and i.?:
"3.2 Cedar Drive - East side - Prairie Avenue to Wright Avenue.
i. Cedar Drive - West side - Prairie Avenue to Wright Avenue."

THAT the following be inserted as a new Section 4 and that the present Sections
4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 be renumbered as Section 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11
respectively: .

"A. Section 10 of Schedule "A" is further amended by inserting the following
as clause (g):
"(g) From 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Cedar Drive - West side - Wright Avenue to Chelsea Avenue.";

AND THAT the said By-law No. 1303, as amended, by read a third time."
