Dear Sir:

With reference to your letter dated July 20th, 1972 and the
meeting between officials cf your Company and officials of this City

that took place on Friday, July 28th, 1972 we would advise that when a
report on the said meeting was made to a regular meeting of the Municipal
Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held on July 31st,

1972 the following resolution was passed: .

"That a letter be sent to the British Columbia Telephone Company

advising that the Council were pleased to hear that a atudy of telephone
rates and toll free calling areas was under way and looked forward to
receipt of information following completion of this study in mid 1973." /
