Marks in the fourth year of the Accounting/Finance section of the University LMMA ~- notice of meeting of B.C. Municipal Administration Course, in addition to being the leader in the third year, which ds a most enviable record. The City Clerk commented that Mrs. Fraser has achieved this record on completion of the first and “second years of the course as well. His Worship. the Mayor, on behalf of all the members of the council, ex- pressed congratulations to Mrs. Fraser on this latest of several honours won in the Municipal Administration Course field. Alderman Laking advised that at this meeting the election of officers for 1973 would take place and that re- ports to the Executive of the Committees to make recommendations concerning the method of selecting nominees to the U.B.C.M. executive and to study. past U.B.C.M. conventicns and make recommendations to improve future conventions, would be discussed.
