Alderman Laking suggested that Council not approve development in Dev. — south
end of Pitt

That Council not approve any development in the area of Pitt River
Road and Harbour Drive until such time as the Mary Hill Bypass construction
is almost complete and until the City has scheduled in its budget the

extension of a watermain to this area along the Mary Hill Bypass.
