lL. THAT this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from Cl (Corner
Store) to RS~1 (Large Lot Residential) under Section 963 of the Municipal
Act and for amendment of the Official Community Plan designation from '"L"
(Local Commercial) to "NR" (Residential) subject to:

a) Completion of a subdivision design to the satisfaction of the
Municipality;

b) Completion £ the Engineering Department requirements to the
satisfact’ on of the Municipality;

c) Completion of the Building Department requirements to the satisfaction
of the Municipality.

d) Completion of a Development Variance Permit; and

e) Regiatration of a reatrictive covenant on the properties to prevent
now buiidiuga from being converted to contain secondary euites.

THAT the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Variance
Permit No. 58/94; and

THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to oiga the documenta when
completed subject to the conditions noted above.
