(a) Nothwithstanding any provision of this Bylaw, no person shall
operate, use or allow the presence of a Class 2 or Class 3

vehicla;

ee (4) on the beidge crossing the Coquitiam River and extending to the
Pee City of Coquitlam on Pitt River Road, known as the "Red Bridge"

or the "Bailey Bridge"; or

(41) on that portion of Tyner Street between Central Avenue and Pitt
River Road.

(b) The provision of this section do not upply to buses, custom transit
venitlesa, or emergency vehicles.

607. No person shall park any Class 2 or Class 3 vehicle on any street
located in an area that ia zonad for residential use by the Zoning

Bylaw of the City.

608. Notwithstanding any other provision of thig Bylaw, the City Engineer
ia authorized to make orders establishing the maximum permitted gross
weight of a vehicle or combination of vehiclea permitted on any
highway or portion of a highway, for the protection of the highway.

oe ahi Any order under this section shall be made in writing, shall take
Chagas effect upon the posting of signage on the affected highway or portion
and may be rescinded, revoked, amended, or varied, by the City

Engineer.
DIVISION SEVEN —- GENERAL -~ DRIVING ANIMALS THROUGH STREETS

701. No person shall drive or herd animals upon a highway.

702. Section 701 shall not apply to Peace Officers or to the City
Poundkeepers in the discharge of their duties.
