That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Parcel A, Except: Firstly, Part Dedicated Road on Plan LMP3023, Secondly, Part Subdivided by Plan LMP5352 Thirdly, Part Subdivided by Plan LMP6113 District Lot 168 Group One Plan 66737 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RM-2 (Low Density Apartment) to RM-3 (Townhouse) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2758". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of January, 1993.
