To improve the conditions in the lane hetween Elgin and
McAllister the following should be done:

install a mast arm light on an existing hydro
pole at the terminus of the east/west lane

(see attached sketch for location)

inform the owner of the building at the corner
of the lane to paint the concrete abutment
periodically so as it is visible at all times
inform the owner's of the garbage dumpster's
that they are to be on Private property and not
in the lane allowance

For the section of lane between Kingsway and Elgin:
