(5) LOT _COVERSGE :

All buildings and structures together shall not occupy more than 50%
of the aurface of the lct.

FRONT. YARD

A front yard of not lesa than 6 m (19.7 ft.) shall be provided,
except where it abuts a provincial highway, such a front yard
provided shall be not leas than 9 m (29.5 ft.).

REAR YARD

A vear yard of not less than 3 m (9.8 ft.) shali be provided, except:

(a) where it abuts a gtreet other than a provincial highway, the rear
yard provided shall be not legs than 6 m (19.7 fr.)3 and

(b) where it abuts a residential zoning district or a provincial
highway, such a rear yard provided shall be not less than 9 m
(29.5 ft.).

SIDE_YARDS

Side yards of not less than 3m (9.8-ft.) each shall be provided,
except that:

(a) one side yard not flanking a street or lane may be reduced to
- dil, provided the ofher side yard has a width of not less than 6
m (19.7 £t.)3

(b) where a side. yard flanks a street other than a provincial
highway, the side yard setback provided shall be not less than 6
m (19.7 £t.)3

(c) where a side yard flanks on & provincial highway, the side yard
setback provided shali be not leas than 9 m (29.5 ft.).

(a) Accessory off-street parking shall be provided and maintained in
accordance with regulations of this Bylaw and of "Development
Management Bylaw, No. 2242", as amended from time to time.

(b) Off-street parking shall not be permitted within the 6 m (19.7
ft.) required front yard setback immediately adjacent toa the
front property line or within the 6 m (19.7 £t.) side yard
setback immediately adjacent to a side property line flanking a
gtreet.

(pb) Surface off-street parking shall occupy no more than 55% of the
lot area. .
