Moved by Alderman Farnworth: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That City Council authorize the Planning Department to apply to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs to carry over the grant application made in 1988. this application is to start work that was intended to be done last year, but was cancelled due to extra information requirements that could not be met.
